Shipping and Returns

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship the next business day.

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 1-5 days. You'll receive an email from info@pharmanautlabs.com with a tracking number when the order ships.

Please note: Expected delivery times are provided by the shipping companies and occasionally packages are delayed. Please check your tracking information before contacting us.  

International Orders

Pharmanaut Labs offers shipping to most of the world. International orders ship via USPS and can take between 7-21 days to arrive. All international orders are charged in US dollars. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping cost, as the buyer is responsible for these charges. If you are ordering from outside the EU or US, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they are conforming to their country's local regulations and policies. 

Please note: If you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to duties, regulations or taxes, we will not provide a refund of the shipping costs. If a package is confiscated or otherwise seized by customs authorities and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your delivery or postal driver may choose to leave your package at your door or porch. Once delivery has been confirmed by the delivery service, we are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen. 

Please contact your local post office for assistance if you believe delivery wasn't made. We can only see what the delivery service tracking information shows but local postal services may have additional information. 

Incorrect Orders

We strive to ensure your order is accurate and complete. If we missed the mark, contact us at info@pharmanautlabs.com within 2 days of delivery and we'll make it right. 

Returns

Pharmanaut Labs fully backs its products and we're confident you will be satisfied. We'll take all the risk. If you're not satisfied, simply return the unused portion of the product within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your purchase price (minus any shipping costs). 

This guarantee only applies to your first order of Pharmanaut Labs' products. 

Please note that for the best results, Pharmanaut Labs' products should be taken in support of a healthy lifestyle. You can supplement your way out of a bad diet and exercise regimen. 

Any refund will only apply to one bottle per product per order. 

The following pieces of information are required for all returns: 

  • Your full name, address and order number.
  • All used and unused items that were sent to you. Please note: Apparel must be returned unworn with the original packaging. 

You MUST return the products using a courier service that requires a signature. We will not issue a refund for items that were lost in the mail or otherwise not returned to us.
